Tagged and bagged

The Back of the Pack tagged me with the following questions:

1) Find nearest book
2) Name book and author
3) Turn to page 123
4)Go to 5th sentence and copy the next three to blog
5) tag 3 others

1) The nearest book is on a nearby book shelf. It's some of Michelle's mind candy from the Puyallup library.
2) Grave Surprise by Charlaine Harris
3) I was immediately sorry to be reminded about Wisconsin. I'd been trying to forget, to stuff that night into the closet where I kept horrors. Just to add to the weirdness of the couple and their request, they'd requested Halloween night
4) I tag Angie, Ryan, and Thomas

Talk about weirdness! Umm, have fun with this.

My quads are still trashed from last weekends 50K. I managed to run today inside on the YMCA track. I'm looking forward to being able to run normally by the weekend.

Cheers!

I ran 7 in the snow this morning and felt pretty much normal. Slow and easy is the theme this week.

Long hill workouts are awaiting for you, beginning end of March. You will NEVER have sore quads again!

Good stuff, thx now I have something to write about, I'll work on this. Hope the quads cooperate soon!

Olga's right, 6-8 and if you're a stud 10 hours of hill repeats awaits you soon. I can see you hiken like a mad man up and HAMMERIN' IT down 3-5 mile long trails. Putting in 10,000-15,000 feet of climbing for the day. Yes, you will never have sore quads again.

Hey Eric, I just wanted to thank you for your help at Bridle Trails yesterday night. If it wasn't for you and Stan, I would have quit at the fourth loop.

Hey Jon,

Mental toughness 101 - you pass!

Great job on your finish after feeling so bad earlier!

Sorry I didn't see you at your finish but I was running sweep.
