THREE

It wasn't my idea, I think once again I blame Rattler and Lesa for the zany idea of running three marathons in three days. Michelle decided first and heck, since I was going to be there anyway.....
Wishbone will be the first run in Gig Harbor this coming Friday. This 27+ mile trail run has a figure eight 7 mile course with enough climbing to require a post race ice bath. Marathon two will be the "Ghost of Seattle" which runs along the old Seattle Marathon course on Lake Washington. Third but not last, the Seattle Marathon which was my first ever marathon in 1998. I've only run it twice before but don't expect to PR this time.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving Holiday! Oh and to the folks in Canada and elsewhere have a great weekend!
Run like your hairs on fire!

Good luck! I'm moving to Seattle next summer, so I enjoy reading about your running adventures!

Danielle - Make sure you let us know when you make the move so we can get you in the "circuit". Lots of running opportunities in the Pacific Northwest.

Cheers!

Trisoms are good...oops, did I say that? :) I meant 3 marathons...done by 3 people. Or by 4. They all are good.

3 in 3 is a feat no matter who suggests it. I am glad you both decided to join in on the fun. See ya Friday for #1.

Robb - I've dumbed down crazy and nuts by some of my other antics in running so a triple seems somewhat tame.

SLB - Yes, Thankful for my friends and thankful for my health.

Bob - I hope your liver can keep up with you!

Olga - Olga,Olga,Olga.... You wild and crazy girl! You're going to have every wife and girlfriend giving you the ol stinkeye whenever they meet you. Your still my "den mother" of trail running.

Rattler - It's not the feat I'm worried about. It's the feet! ha ha ha ha ha ;-D

For anyone else this would be a major undertaking but I get the impression you are doing these for fun.

Enjoy your triple weekend! Good luck.

By the way, Preparation H isn't for blisters? Gosh, I feel so silly. ;) I'll tell you what - it is great at "shrinking swollen tissue" just like the packaging says!
